On the right are Major General Briana Storm, Imperial Starfleet MACOs, and her daughter, Federation Starfleet Commander Briana Storm II, in cognito as an Imperial Maco.
On the left is Jack Riley, impersonating his Mirror-Universe counterpart - and hating it. Why is he wearing a cape? It's a surprise.
